Jean and Sonja Thoma fine-tune the best of different worlds. In their restaurant, the whole world is welcome in Limburg and on the plate you find southern seafood, bread pudding made from goat’s cheese or tapas from regional products. Tried and almost forgotten products are used, partly from their own vegetable garden. Old and well known dishes are served, but in a new presentation, it shows the high potential of the kitchen crew. The price level, the particularly friendly staff and the romantic ambience make visiting ‘Sjuut’ worth it.
