The young cook Jeroen Trimbos already got to prove his skills at top restaurants like St. Gerlach, De Leuf and Tout à Fait. Early 2009 he opened restaurant Jérome, a restaurant which seats 38 guests and is located in Hotel Trimbos. The chef draws his inspiration from the four seasons and uses modern cooking techniques to turn seasonal ingredients into top-notch classic French dishes. In summer you can dine outside on the beautiful terrace.
