Die Fledermaus is a comic operetta with familiar ingredients such as love, jealousy, humour, not a few misunderstandings, and festive and funny scenes. Johann Strauss held up a mirror to the Viennese public in this sharp comedy, especially with regards to love.
The operetta will be performed by students and alumni of the Maastricht Academy of Music.
