Created in 1994 and already performed in major theatres more than a hundred times, this new production of Object Constant, which was especially created for Norway’s Carte Blanche dance company, is being supervised by the choreographer. The dancers display all the energy and precision required for this work, which combines texts, lithe movements, breathtaking falls and leaps, humour, violence and tenderness. The power of Object Constant is as much to do with intimacy and politics, individuals and couples as with our world in crisis.
