For the past 25 years, this small but lovely restaurant can be found in one of Hasselt’s beautiful old alleys. During the winter you can take a seat inside at the hearth-fire. Nicole and Johan Koeken’s kitchen is just as unpretentious as their team. On the menu you can find dishes from the Belgian-French cuisine, which are characterized by southern influences. The ingredients are tuned to the seasons and because of this, dishes are fresh and look delicious. The weekly changing surprise menu also shows an abundance of ideas and creativity. The restaurant provides hurried afternoon guests with a proper lunch, so the break can be perfectly utilized.
