The unique and fascinating landscape of the Hoge Venen can also be explored by cross-country skiing in the winter. An ideal starting point for this is the nature centre Ternell. This nature centre also rents out skis and offers marked ski runs. Hikers can also enjoy themselves in the snow on the indicated footpaths. After a trip in the cold outdoors, you can warm up in the cozy cafeteria.
