Watch the glassblowers in the old wool factory located on the bank of the Ruhr. Two glassblowers demonstrate how fragile glasses, vases, candlesticks or animal figures are made according to traditional methods out of a red-hot mass. The handmade and mouth-blown pieces can be bought on the spot. Products of other handworkers can also be bought in the ‘Monschauer Handwerkermarkt’. There are painters, crib builders and potters. There are also various restaurants for you to take a quick break.
